Choose from hand baked bread, home produced jam, Hampshire honey, Barford Farm eggs, venison sausages, watercress sausages, watercress scones, fresh watercress, home- cooked watercress soup, local cheese, local wine, fresh fruit and vegetables. Subject to season and availability.
Bed & Breakfast occasionally available. Minimum 3 nights.

4 night short break from Tues 20th May.
2 nights from Thursday 12th June.
Booking Conditions
Once arrangements have been made, and following the receipt of your deposit within 10 days (50% of the total fee), the booking will be confirmed either in writing or by email. The balance (50% of the total fee) will be due not later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If this is not paid you risk forfeiture of your holiday. If you are unable to complete your holiday any monies paid will not be refundable and so we recommend you have adequate holiday insurance cover.
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Owner (Force Majeure), the Owner shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the Owner to perform or properly perform any obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond the reasonable control of the Owner. By way of example, force majeure includes fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage of the property, breakdown of appliances and all similar situations. In the event of breakdown of an appliance the Owner will endeavour to have it restored as soon as reasonably possible.
A housekeeping deposit of £100 is payable with the final installment. On departure please leave The Barn in a clean and orderly state in preparation for the next guests. A full refund of the housekeeping deposit is dependent upon this. A cleaning service is available if required. Please let us know if there have been any breakages or other problems asap so that we can replace items or try to rectify the situation before the next guests arrive! All breakages must be paid for. Assuming all is well, the housekeeping deposit will be refunded in full within two weeks of departure to the address given at the time of booking.
Only those Guests brought to the attention of the Owner at the time of booking may stay at the Barn. Pets may only be permitted by prior arrangement. If you are planning on visitors this should be notified to the Owner in advance.
Arrival is after 3.00pm. Departure is due before 10.00am.
The Barn operates a strictly no-smoking policy.
